Our pedagogical method

Reference framework

BahOui is built on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the official rubrics from France Éducation International. Every lesson targets explicit competency descriptors — not abstract points.

• CE — Reading comprehension — read and understand a written document (email, article, instructions…)
• CO — Listening comprehension — understand an audio document (announcement, dialogue, conversation…)
• PE — Written production — produce a coherent written message (postcard, email, short essay…)
• PO — Oral production — speak in French (introduce yourself, describe, argue…)

Learning-track architecture

Each certification has its dedicated track — DELF A1, A2, B1, B2, DALF C1, C2, TCF — broken into thematic units that follow a coherent CEFR progression. Lessons deliberately mix the four competencies to reflect a real FLE class rather than artificially separating 'read / listen / write / speak'.

Alongside the structured curriculum, the Practice section offers targeted exercises per competency × level, for learners who want to work on a specific area (e.g. listening comprehension at A2).

Business model

All pedagogical content is free, forever. The Premium subscription unlocks unlimited lessons (beyond the free daily cap), detailed AI feedback on written/oral productions, and mock exams graded on official rubrics. No card required at signup.
