Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From your Stripe portal, one click to cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my voice minutes?
We suggest upgrading to Intensive (1h30/month) or waiting until next month. Your text conversations stay available.
What's the difference between Standard and Intensive?
Standard gives you 25 text conversations + 15 min of voice per month. Intensive adds unlimited text, 1h30 of voice/month, pronunciation scoring (we tell you exactly which sounds you get wrong), 2 free mock exams every month and −30% off exam credits.
Is there a refund?
Yes, 7-day no-questions-asked refund on monthly plans, 14 days on yearly plans.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime via the Stripe portal. Stripe handles prorated billing automatically when you upgrade or downgrade.
